It all began in the back of Ivy Bui’s garage — a simple hobby with balloons that soon sparked something much bigger. While experimenting with colours, textures, and designs, Ivy noticed a clear gap in the market: balloons were often seen as old-fashioned, hard to style, and rarely treated as a centrepiece. She knew they had the potential to be so much more — elegant, on-trend, and effortlessly beautiful.

Fuelled by passion, creativity, and an unwavering eye for design, Ivy set out to reimagine balloon styling and redefine how people celebrate. What started as play became purpose — and with that, Puff and Pop was born. Through a fresh and feminine lens, Ivy brought balloons back to life with modern aesthetics, custom colour palettes, and luxe styling that turned everyday spaces into unforgettable experiences. In addition to styling, Ivy also leads the brand’s marketing — from curating Puff and Pop’s visual identity to growing its digital presence, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the same sense of creativity, fun, and sophistication found in Puff&Pop's work.

As the Founder and Managing Director, Ivy believes no event vision is too bold or too detailed. Every installation she creates is infused with intention and an understanding of her client’s dreams.
